I specialise in qualitative methods, writing and project management. I’ve been an evaluator and applied researcher for about four years. During this time, I’ve worked on many evaluations of initiatives that aim to address systemic injustice.

This has included several developmental evaluations of place-based and collective impact initiatives. I have an Honours degree in anthropology.

I have been working as an evaluator for nearly 20 years. Before that, I was a social worker and an aid worker. I have travelled the world and worked in over ten countries. I have broad and deep experience in the world and bring this experience and knowledge into my work.

My current passion is doing evaluations that include the people who use the programs being evaluated. I build the capacity of communities to plan and implement evaluations. It is their lives that are affected, and so their voices should be heard in the evaluation.
